Return Policy
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Full refund to original payment method
- Return shipping: $5.99 deducted from refund (unless product is defective)
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@str8glue.com
We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@str8glue.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is defective or damaged)
Step 2: We'll respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping label (for defective items)
- Instructions for packaging your return
Step 3: Ship your return
- Package securely in original packaging if possible
- Include return authorization number
- Ship within 7 days of receiving authorization
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the product within 2 business days
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
- Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
- Products without proof of purchase
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
